       with purpose, not just process

Requirement 3: Shall Be Analytical

Desirement

Systems are made of parts. Missions are made of people. This Desirement spec is where I keep both in focus.

Desirement: Will Care Deeply About People and Systems

Will:

Voice concerns others may hesitate to raise, and listen for what isn’t being said

Seek out blind spots, ask quiet questions, and bring overlooked details to light

Hold both the system and the people who build it with appropriate care

Lead with kindness, empathy, and respect in every interaction

Ensure all subsystems, and all teammates, are heard and valued
